We bought this swing in a different pattern, but exact same swing. It's a lifesaver! My son can sit in it for hours!!! It has 6 different speeds which is really nice. & like 3 or 4 recline positions. In the morning he swings slow & reclined, but in the evenings he sits straight up & swings fast. It's fantastic! The only part I don't like is that it takes a good tug to lift up the table part to get him in & out. I feel like I'm going to whack him in the head sometimes, but it has never happened. LOL! The mobile on the top I thought was going to be useless, but I was wrong.. he LOVES that thing! Go figure! :)~ It moves with the movement of the swing. Pretty cool. All in all, it is TOTALLY worth the [..........]

I like it, but it was hard to build. Also it doesn't bring an A/C adapter so you will need to buy batteries, **Suggestion** try to buy rechargable batteries. My son and niece like it alot so I guess it was a good investment. Try to buy one that holds up to 30 pounds and with an A/C adapter.

The swing is supposed to go automatically after you set the controls. It is supposed to play music too. It doesn't do anything automatically. If you want it to swing you have to push it by hand. You can buy a manual swing for lots less money.
